By accessing Antelux Research (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Antelux Research provides automated cryptocurrency ratings, market data, screening tools, watchlists, and editorial content. Free accounts include the screener, coin scorecards, and a limited watchlist. Premium subscriptions add features described on the pricing page. Everything on the Service is informational only; see the Disclaimer.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or violate these Terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium is billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
Intellectual property
The Service's content, ratings, design, and branding belong to Antelux Research or its licensors. You may use exports and data for personal, non-commercial purposes; republishing or redistributing at scale requires written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
